30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your item(s), you can return them to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation email or packing slip).
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless they are faulty:
- Opened paints, glues, or other consumables.
- Custom orders or personalised items.
- Gift cards.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund, including return shipping if applicable.
How to Return an Item
- Contact our customer service team, with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll provide instructions on how to return your item.
- Package the item securely and send it to the address provided.
- We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 working days.
Return Shipping Costs
If the item is being returned due to change of mind, you are responsible for return postage. If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover return shipping costs or arrange collection.
